Saurbh; I got my H1B visa only for 1 year as my petition got approved only for one year; and now here in US working for one of the big four Indian IT giants. I would want to know the chances of H1B visa extension which is due Sept 2014. Any help would be highly appreciated.
It would be extended if the project is extendede and requested by ur company…
Else U can go for Transfer to another company…

It would depend upon the submitted documents. If you have maintained legal status and the company can show that they have real job for you beyond current expiration date, then it should get approved.
Thank you Sourabh. The company is one among the big 4 and all the documents are legal and legitimate. The job is open and they plan to apply for extension.
