H1B Unused expired

I had a H1B Visa valid from Jan’13 to May’14 which was expired and unused. Now I am actively looking for Job in USA.

  1. If any new employer want to file H1B for me do I need to go into pool? As earlier was expired and from different company.
  2. How much time it will take to get H1B if I dont have to go into pool and cost involved it that.

You will not go into pool(your are CAP exempt 100%).If your new employer ready to file H1B,hand over your documents.If the process is premium processing 15days & If normal check for USCIS processing timings.
