H1B Two petitions selected in lottery , what next?

Hi Experts,

Currently if H4 and in US.

If both H1B petitions (by sepreate employers) are selected in Lottery, then whats happens next?

a) Can both get approved and in that case, when is the right time to decide which employer to choose?

b) What happens to the another H1B?

  1. No, both can’t get approved.

  2. You’ll have to choose between the 2 and get that one approved. It’s best to choose the one with better prospects in terms of Skills v/s Job requirement match, the Employe’s reputation & track record, etc, and go ahead with it…
