I am on H1B visa and have valid visa stamp on my passport already. I am planning to visit India for entire month of December, and would like to know if anyone know of any immigration related issue while entering back in US?
If you have valid visa to re-enter, there is not much to worry. Just make sure you carry all documentation. There are many who have traveled back and forth during the COVID time recently.
