H1b Have been selected in lotter 2025 May, petition approved Apr 2026.
My employer is not sharing I 797 B, what are my options ?
Another employer and same client are ready to transfer 100 K rule applies in this situation for me?
currently i am out side US needs to go to stamping, H1b petition is valid until 2028
Please suggest me.
