H1b transferred while traveling to India

Hi,

I am working for company A in US and while coming back, got my visa transferred to company B. Now do I need stamping before my visit back to US?

Note: Only my visa is transfered, but I am still employee of Company A and yet to join company B.

Please help

If your petition is transffered to company B, I am afraid you cannot travel to US again with Employer A.
