H1B - Transfered Stampin with Old Employer

Hi.

I am on H1B Visa and my Visa got expired on 31-Dec-2015. My employer Filed Extension and i got Petition till 2018. Now i got offer from another company and they filed for H1B Transfer and it got approved.

I Decided to stay with my current employer and i dont go with the new job offer.

now i need to travel india for emergency, so in this case as I Decided to stay with my current employer,

so when i went for stamping with current employer petition will it be a problem?

Please any one suggest.

its not at all a problem. At a time you can have more than one H1B petitions, but your payroll should generate with only one.
