Hi Experts,
My H1B Visa was picked in lottery on october 2015, but I never got a chance to traved from the project and petition got expired on December 2016, but my employer filed H1B under cap excempt in may 2016 and I got stamping in June 2016, I am currently working in US.
Question : In this case do I am eligible to get my H1B transfer to new employer ?
