am currently on H1B visa. I was hired by a new organization A. And H1 transfer process completed for organization A. I also sign the I9 form. I signed the form but I have yet not started working with the organization A. Can my signing of the section 1 of I9 form have any advesse impact if I deny to join the organization A. And stay with my current employer.Kindly respond to this question. I am very tense about my situation.
Signing I-9 form doesn’t enforce you to work for A. You can still work for the old employer.
