Hi,

I got H1B visa from employee A which is valid from 2012-2013 and also it is expired.I have’'t travelled USA using this visa.Now I am working employer B. Please give me suggestion for below questions.

1.As understand I can transfer to employer B.Is new H1B stamping interview required which is similar to first time stamping interview?

2.If new stamping interview required for H1B transfer,Is they asked as why you are not used your H1B visa first time?

  2. You can say that employer didn’t have an opportunity. You cannot travel on H-1 unless your employer wants to. So its not your fault that they didn’t have an onsite opportunity.
