H1b transfer

Hi,

I work in company A.They are asking me to go back in 2 weeks. Now I found employer B who is ready to file the h1 transfer in premium. But I still have some doubts:

  1. How long will it take for the new company B to file the transfer in premium? When I can get the receipt number?

  2. They were askign if I am ready to join them in h1 receipt number? Don’t know if I can join them?

  3. If I can join with h1 receipt number, then what happens if the current company A tries to revoke it?

  4. What will happen if the h1 for the new company B is rejected after getting the h1 receipt and i joined them already.

  5. What will happen if there is RFE for the new company h1 transfer?

  6. What are the chances of h1 transfer getting approved?

Please help with the answers. I really tensed. Thank you.
