H1b Transfer without Visa stamping in india

Hi All,

My H1b peition was approved ,but due to lack of propert supporting letter from employer A. for Visa stamping,i wan to Transfer other employer B,can we do without knowing to the employer A.
I am from India,this is Fresh H1b.please suggest me on this.

Yes you can transfer to another employer without your current employer knowing.
