Hi,
I have a few concerns about h1B Visa transfer. Please guide me to take a decision here.
I have H1B in approved status as seen online and stamping is yet to be done. However, i see no future travel to US from my present employer due to lack of projects all of a sudden. I don't want to waste the Visa without travelling. I am looking forward to changing my current employer, though i have some doubts in my mind.
1. As my current Visa status shows approved (Passport not yet stamped), can i look for a change and find a employer who will agree to transfer the Visa,in case i find any?
2. If i change my current employer, they can revoke my Visa. What happens then?
3. If a new employer agrees for transfer, what are the possibilities of getting success in having it approved again? Will there be Interviews again?
Please guide me.
