H1B transfer without stamping - First time

H1B petition approved in 2020.
Have visa interview in Oct 2022.
Now the employer who filed petition not providing any docs to carry for visa interview (like offer letter, appointment letter etc)
Can I do the H1B transfer now without stamping?
This is the first time I got H1B petition approved.
Please clarify.

Thanks for your response. would there be any issues during visa interview because of h1b transfer without stamping? I mean would there be too many questions etc
