H1B transfer without PayStubs

Hi,

I have come to US last month from India on H1B and my consultant is not abe to find a suitabe job.

Can i transfer my H1B to other employer?

My consultant did not run any payrolls yet. So technically i have Payslips from India.

Please suggest me, if i can transfer my H1 to other employers?

i would say you can give it couple more months. typically consultants run payslips effective from you joining date only after you join a project
