Hi,
I have arrived to USA just 2 weeks ago. I have started hunting a job and there are few clients are ready to recruit me immediately. But my employer is rejecting all the offers with quoting very higher billing rate. He is expecting more than 60% profit from my salary. So, Clients says that they cant provide that much billing as your employer asking for.
I am in need to getting into job where am looking for a possibility to transfer my H1B visa without payslips.
Please advice the process if anyone familiar on the immigration process.
