I have my I-140 approved, and I have an offer from new employer. With this H1B premium process being suspended from April 3rd, how is it gonna affect me as chances of me getting my papers sorted out by April is hard.
Can my new employer start working on I-140 transfer with my H1B transfer yet to happen?
