Hi,
My employer in USA filed H1B petition and it is picked in lottery and got RFE and now they responded to RFE and currently in progress. But some of the petitions got rejected by this employer.
My current employer where I m working in India is willing to apply for H1B visa for next year.
Is it possible to transfer the H1B petition from my US employer to my current employer in India even before my current petition is approved??
I currently in India and working for MNC who can file H1B.
