H1B Transfer while current amendment is in process

Please share your views on below questions

  1. I am in US and on H1B and current amendment is still in process since June 2018. So if i got any offer from another company here can they file H1B transfer in parallel?

  2. Will there be any legal issue in this case or any impact on my current amendment?

  3. can i join new company post H1B transfer file or i have to wait till transfer completes?

Yes - that will be employer Transfer. It can be done
