H1B transfer while amendment is pending

My current employer filed for H1B amendment as i moved to new location with new role. It is currently pending at USCIS.

I am planning to trasfer my H1B to new employer. Can i my new employer intiate H1B transfer or we need to wait for the current amendment which is pending?

 

Can they both go parallel?

Yes, U can do that. Transfer is not dependant on it
