H1B transfer when Amendment is in progress

Hi,

Am working in a Company A and my H1B amendment is in progress. Now am planning to switch company. I have valid visa till Sep 2017.

  1. Can i switch the company ?
  2. If i can switch what about this amendment.
  3. If new employer can file a new amendment when the amendment is already going on ?

please help me to understand this.
