H1B Transfer RFE waiting for almost 3 months

Hi,

I had applied my H1B on May 15 2012 (WAC)and got RFE on Oct 1st.Replied to RFE on Nov 19 and in response review status for almost 3 months.Anybody have an idea, how long I have to wait to get the decision from uscis and why it is delaying and going like a 1 year process?Is it only issue with WAC?

Every year, there are few petitions (EAC or WAC, doesn’t matter), which don’t get adjudicated for several months. However, USCIS tries to process all applications before the start of next filing season. So you should hear something in next few weeks.

If you want an early decision, then there is always the option to upgrade to PP.
