i was working for emp A (resigned )and changed to emp B a month ago and working at client place…emp B applied transfer through normal and it got rfe asking employee- employer relationship,right to control, specialoty occupation, etc…my I-94 is valid till sept 2015…can i apply h1b tranfer with another employer C ( for same client ot diff client)? can i got back to emp A ?
