Hi , I got an RFE for my H1B transfer asking for education evaluation document & Proof to show that Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement for this position(web developer). Can we use an existing education evaluation doc which my previous employer got when filing my H1B intially ( 2 years ago) or do we need to get a fresh education evaluation every time we file H1B.? Also the current employer changed my LCA job title to webdeveloper from Computer occupation-All other from previous employers LCA. The RFE now states to show the proof of min requirement for this new position. What documents should support this? Or is the LCA filed wrongly? Please give your valuable suggestions or views on this.
