H1B transfer/revoke

Hi,

I have 3 questions here.

Currently I am working for Company A with L1B and have H1B from Company B but not used yet. Now Company C is trying to hire me using H1B and at the same time Company B is planning to revoke due to recent changes in US immigration process.

  1. If Company B revoke H1B, Company C still can use that H1B for transfer?

  2. In worst case, If H1B transferred with COS, job change is mandatory or I can continue with my Current L1B?

3, If H1B is revoked, what need to be done to use that again?
