Hello,

Just had some questions regarding transferring H1B visa.

  1. Can I transfer my H1B anytime of the year? (not restricted to April)

  2. When transferring, will it be the same cost? (lawer fee + application fee etc) . or will it be less $?

  3. When transferring to firm B, will I have to let firm A know?
