H1B Transfer process to a different company. status to first company.

I have H1B visa…If i start my visa transfer to a different company. by submitting docs, will my first company know before i resign.

I want to inform first company only after getting new petttion and resign with notice period? is it possible.

They would not know about a pending H-1 transfer unless someone tells them specifically about it.
