H1b Transfer possible without SSN and Paystubs?

I have approved H1b petition in 2012 April but never travelled to USA.

[b]Is it possible to[/b] [b]transfer h1b from  company A  to H1b company B without having SSN and US-Paychecks(never H1B stamped and never worked on H1B).[/b]

Yes, this can be done. SSN and payslips are required only if you have ever been in US on H-1
