H1b transfer, pay stubs low salary

Hello,

I’m filing for my h1 transfer, and the new employer has asked me for my last pay stub. The problem is I’m getting paid around 18$ an hour right now. Will this be a problem? My previous LCA was filed for around 80k. The new position’s salary is above 100k.

your pay stubs must indicate an average pay of what was on your LCA, if not, its a violation of the H1B petition and thus, you may be technically considered as out of status.
