H1B Transfer in India

Hi,

Currently I am in US in H1B. My company is asking to relocate to India next weekend. My Visa expires in Sep 30 2014.

If I switch my company in India, Can I transfer my H1B to new company in India? How much time do I have to ask the new employer to do so?

If my Visa expires, can the new company still transfer my H1B after the Visa expiration?

U can go for tranfer or cap-exemption till 6 years from ur last day in US… Find an employer who can transfer/ file cap exemption
