H1B transfer in India ..Do I need to tell my old company

Hi

My H1B got selected in year 2015 lottery through company X( one consulting Company),

I just transferred this H1B to my current company through out-of-cap option

Do I need to tell/inform this news to consulting company X saying that I have transferred my H1B, So that they can file any H1B withdrawal case to USCIS or its not required.

Kindly suggest.

X doesn’t need to know about the newly approved petition. It is up to you whether to inform them or not, but it is not required.
