I came to US for first time on July 2013 fro Company A. GOt an FULL TIME Offer from Company B and they filled H1b Visa transfer. Now its in RFE and RFE reason is they ask for Contractor details like contractor letter, SOW etc. But its a full time . My Attorney said we will file response and we will explain them . Its just a human error RFE . Any similar experience ? Will this RFE be approved ?
