H1B Transfer From the UK

Hi,
I have an approved I-797 from employer A, i wanted to transfer my H1-B to my current
Employer -B, My question is if the H1-B Transfer to Employer-B gets denied, will i still be eligible to continue and go for H1B Stamping with my previously approved I-797 with employer-A? I have not done the stamping yet. I am currently in London and I am an Indian citizen.

Yes, provided you still have a valid job offer from employer A.
