Question: A person has an approved h1b subject to cap and working for company A (for-profit). He gets an offer from company B (non-profit) and joins company B.
After few years, can he switch to company C(for-profit) without going through the lottery system? Or does he have to stick to Non-profit companies to avoid lottery?
Please clarify.
