Hi, I stay in India, we have a company A in US which has filed the H1b (this is the first time) for me and got approved in September 2016, I went for the interview(stamping) and got an RFE(221g) asking for additional documentation which my current employer is unable to provide, can I transfer my case to other employer? if the other employer can provide all the required documentation? Please suggest me the various options which I can go for.
