Hi,

I have my H1B stamped with my current organization but they don’t have any US opportunity right now.However another employer have shown interest in hiring me and getting H1B transfer.I have not traveled US anytime.I have some questions regarding the same-

Is this possible to have it transferred?Do i have to go again my re stamping?What are risk involved in this process? like visa cancellation and audit risk?
