I have recently received RFE for my H1B visa transfer case asking for the most recent education evaluation report. I am holding non-IT engineering degree from India and having 9+ years of IT experience. There wasn’t an issue with my Initial H1B petition/H1B extension /previous H1 Transfer. But this time it happened.
I had provided my detailed experience certificates from my previous employer to my attorney. My attorney is currently working to get the education evaluation report from an agency.
Below are my questions.

How much time it will take to get the report from an agency.

Once we respond the RFE with the report, considering my premium case, how much time will it take to get the approval.
