I got an offer from xyz company. XYZ has filed H1B transfer under premium processing on August 29th 2022, it is been close to 5 weeks, the case status is " Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS". Attorney reached out to USCIS to inquiry on the case. USCIS said that the case is going under “security check”.
- Did any one has similar case status in the past?.
- If so how much time does it took to get approval/denial?.
- What might be the root cause for this status?. since it is premium it should be approved in 2 weeks.
- What is the best course of action that we can do here?.
