H1B Transfer - Can we apply Multiple Transfers from different employers but same client?

Hi,

Working for Employer A and Client X. Got offers from Employer B (Client X) & Employer/Client X. Now confused for which Employer should I request for H1B Transfer? Is it advisable to file two H1B Transfer petitions for same client (PS: Different Locations)?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Multiple employers can file for Transfers at the same time…There is no restriction as such. Of course, your client must be willing to give you documents for both of them and support them as well as needed for documents…
