Hello! Im currently an H1b holder completing the 3 year waiver requirement as I used to hold a J1 visa. Im in the midst of changing employer due to extenuating circumstances with employer A. Employer B already filed LCA. Would my waiver transfer be compromised if I quit prior to the official h1b submission? The circumstances with employer A are dreadful (all in evidence packet).
