Hi, I have my H1B transfer initiated in regular processing, I am still working for my old employer and would change employer only when my petition of transfer is approved.
However, I need to travel abroad for 1 month and I will get my h1b stamped on my old employer name during this 1 month, so will that impact my current H1B transfer process? After coming back to US, I am planning to join the new employer once I get approval.
does H1B transfer also fall in change of status or consular petition?
