I have stamped H1 visa from Company A, but I have not travelled to USA any time. The I797 has been submitted for Atlanta, Georgia.

Now I am changing my employer and joining another company. They are ready to go for Premium Processing and send me to New Jersey.

I have below queries.

  1. Am I eligible for Premium Processing? Is Premium processing started?

  2. What is the H1 transfer process? And can it be initiated from India in my case?

  3. I believe my new employee have to change the amendment to change my location. Can it is be done while in India? How long it takes to procesa?
