I’m in H1B visa and planning to change my employer after being on bench for almost a month.
I did receive a paycheck for the bench period but it was not the salary for the whole month(it was just for a week pay)
if I transfer my visa to the new employer, are there any chances that I may get RFE since I was not paid fully for the whole month instead got paid for a week?
what are the possible chances of getting the h1 transfer approved?
