I appeared for the H1B visa interview and was given a 221g, after a few days the counsulate informed me that they where not able to provide me with the Visa and my case has been sent back to USCIS for review with possible revocatoin.
Another comany is willing to transfer my H1B
My quesiton is, can the other company transfer the H1B when it is under 221g USCIS review?
If they transfer it and it is approved, for stamping the visa for the new H1B, will I need to cancel my old H1B application that has been sent to USCIS?
Any inputs would be appreciated.
