currently on H1b…which expires on dec 2012…have two more years left our of six years. I want to go to india to get married …to avoid h1b stamping and getting stuck ,i want to comeback on H4 with my spouse. Is there going to be any hassles for H4 stamping ?after coming to US how easy is it going to be to transfer back to H1 with the same employer …assuming i still have the job and client letter?
It should have any impact on your H4 as both are different.
Well, it is not about easy or hard…it is about how they file your petition and for what job. If they file your H1B petition with COS, with all the right documents, you should be fine…
