H1B - Switching employer while currently Amendment Pending

H1B Situation

  1. Current Project Petition Approved oct 2019
  2. Amendment for new project in progress where i m currently working -receipt notice received
  3. Can i switch to any other company?

You may switch. But, it is recommended to have your H1B approval from the New H1B transfer company before you join them. Some join based on receipt notice only, which is ok. But, it is recommended to have approval to avoid issues.
