H1B stransfer before stamped

Hi All,

I got my H1b approved this september and I have received the I-797 document by mail from my company. I never went to stamp / interview in ambassy to get my visa.

My initial company who has petitioned my H1b, has currently no project for me.

  1. Questions is: If I found a new company, can I transfer my H1B ? (even if I never got stamped my first H1B ?)

  2. what is the process ?

  3. How it takes (more or less), for the H1B transfered ?

I know this subject has been already discussed but I don’t want to take the any risk !

your new company can transfer your existing approval. for other details, spend some time to do the research online.
