Has anyone heard anything on their H1 status? Mine still shows ‘Case was received’. It’s been over 3 months now. Does anyone have any updates?
No, Many thousands of applications are still in received status. As its filed in normal processing, I don’t think we even have a deadline to look for.
Mine is still showing case received in USCIS but already received approved notice on June25. So don’t go with it. Check with ur attorney.
Dont belive in case status, it’s not updating frequently. chcek with ur employer or attroney.
