I have applied H1b visa for 2017, i heard the lottery process had done on April 9th. When can i expecet my status. I am working in a MNC company they have processed for me.
Time it will take depended on if you petition was filed under Advanced Degree premium processing, Bachelors premium processing, Advanced degree regular or Bachelors regular.
USCIS starts sending out receipts in above order.
Anyway it should take a week to a month(may take longer too). Patience is the key here.
