Still My H1B -2014 petition status shows initial review and due to some personal reasons i am moving to new address which is different address given to my consultant or petitoner.
Pl. help me either will it impact H1B or should i need to update new address to USCIS.
The application status of most of my colleagues who got through the Lottery is the same as yours. So no need to worry about the application still being in “Initial Review” stage.
As far as the Change in Address is concerned, it really shouldn’t be a problem. Just ensure that you’ve notified the Mailing authorities about your current address. Consult your attorney about the procedure to update the new address to USCIS but I believe it can be done only after your application get Approved.
